When his father retired in 2018, Dr. Alexander purchased the practice and has been proudly carrying that legacy forward ever since. What started as a family practice is still exactly that, just with a few more familiar faces.

Dr. Williams and Dr. Saincome lead care at our Livermore office. Having a multi-doctor team means our patients benefit from collaboration on more complex cases and greater scheduling flexibility. It’s one of the reasons we’re able to offer some of the most attentive chiropractic care in the area.
Our office manager, Gail Requa, has been with the practice for many years and truly is the glue that holds everything together. She handles billing and knows our patients by name. Massage therapist Andrea Beornsen and front office team members Cindy and Sarah round out a group that genuinely loves what they do. When you’re here, you’re among friends.
